Elliott and Tara Wedding at The Stables at Hunter Valley Farm and The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm

One of the downfalls of being a guy is that those great descriptive phrases like “swoon worthy” and “all the feels” just don’t seem to flow naturally from my mouth BUT if they did it would be about Tara and Elliot’s wedding! This day was p.e.r.f.e.c.t. I’m a sucker for family traditions on a wedding day and this one was steeped with special moments. I loved the traditional brunch for the girls at Water into Wine before they headed to Hunter Valley Farm to get dressed for they day as well as the 1904 dime in Tara’s shoe and the handkerchief wrapped around the bouquet which were both heirlooms passed down from the Ander’s family.
Tara and Elliott’s wedding party was welcoming, fun and quite the entertainers. Tara and her bridesmaid’s rendition of Spice Girls “If you want to be my lover” was spot on. “Zig A Zig Ah” should really be a part of everyone’s daily vocabulary. The ceremony was personal and sweet. When Elliott brushed away Tara’s tears during the vows everyone had to start brushing away their own. It’s hard to say what the best part of this incredible day was but the reception was high up the list. The newest Mr. & Mrs. Anders know how to throw a party! I have to give out special kudos for the wedding favor cookies made in the image of the bride and groom. Original and Tasty! They say if you enjoy your job, you never work a day in your life. I’m blessed to feel that way most everyday but especially so at the end of this day. Congratulations Tara and Elliott on a fantastic wedding!

A side note: Tara and Elliott’s vendor choices were TOP NOTCH. If you want to see a list of some of the very best wedding pros in Knoxville be sure to follow the links below. It is a great example of a team that knows how to run a smooth wedding day.
